WANGXIAOHENG LLC provides creative and digital design services including but not limited to brand identity, digital marketing, UI/UX design, content creation, and video production. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. WANGXIAOHENG LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and accurate information required for project completion. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balance due upon delivery or as specified in the agreement.
WANGXIAOHENG LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
